Tina started the firm due to her passion for compliance and wanted to show others that compliance doesn’t have to be hard; you have to be creative. Tina’s experience is unique in a way as she’s seen compliance from each angle - as an auditor, as a product manager, as an internal compliance leader in both the private and public sectors.

With over two decades of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, global consultancies, and highly regulated industries, Tina brings a strategic, execution-driven approach to solving today’s most complex compliance and risk challenges.

Her career has been built at the intersection of regulatory insight, business transformation, and technology enablement. I’ve successfully led global compliance strategy for a large IT and Cloud provider across 100+ offerings, saving thousands of hours for product and engineering teams while driving faster certifications. She has also helped federal agencies, healthcare providers, and financial institutions modernize their compliance programs—reducing risk, simplifying control frameworks, and enabling secure digital adoption.

Today, she leads Ingenix Solutions with a mission to deliver scalable, automated, and future-proof compliance solutions tailored to each client’s industry and regulatory environment.
